Email subscription for admins

I've enabled event administrators to subscribe to be notified via email when activity takes place on the site.

I've also taken the liberty of subscribing the admins to this blog - which will, of course, notify them of the new notification system. The notification e-mails the system sends has a link to unsubscribe if they'd prefer not to participate, but I'd suggest they give it a chance before doing that.

Admins who like the idea of being informed of changes can tailor their own subscriptions - there's a new tab on the first page after logging on (look for 'subscriptions' near the top).

I've also moved the 'contact the webmaster' to the left hand menu (labelled 'contact') - so use that for feedback or reply/comment to this blog post.
